How do I obtain an IRB Concierge account? |
To obtain an IRB Concierge account you may click "New User" on the IRB Concierge applicant login page or contact Veritas IRB support at 1-866-384-4221 or infoIRB@veritasirb.com. |
How do I get started? |
To get started, you will need to create a new project by clicking on the "Create Project" tile within the "Actions" toolbar. Upon creating a new project you will be directed to complete the Protocol Submission Form. If your study has already been reviewed by Veritas IRB and you wish to transfer its management to IRB Concierge, you can follow the same process as above and you will be prompted questions in the Protocol Submission Form that are specific to your situation. |

What browsers does IRB Concierge support? |
IRB Concierge supports all major browsers including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. However, we recommend you use Google Chrome whenever possible and that you update your browser to the latest version to ensure the best experience using IRB Concierge. |
Templates
Does Veritas IRB require the use of specific template documents? |
Veritas IRB developed template documents to assist researchers with informed consent form development. We plan on providing more documents in the future. These templates will be available on Concierge shortly. These documents are not for mandatory use. They are meant as tools to assist you with the development of your research documentation. |
Troubleshooting
Why are my answers not being saved in Concierge? |
This may be due to browser choice and/or settings. Please ensure that you are using Google Chrome as a browser and that your browser language is set to English. Should you continue to encounter issues after making these changes, please contact 1-866-384-4221 or infoIRB@veritasirb.com. |
I am unable to upload a file to the submission form. Is there a maximum file size that can be uploaded in Concierge? |
The maximum file size that can be uploaded to the system is 150MB. Please reduce the file size to be able to upload. If you are unable to do so, or require further assistance, please contact us at 1-866-384-4221 or infoIRB@veritasirb.com. |
Why can't I change my contact information in a submission form? |
Applicants' contact information is pre-populated in submission forms and cannot be edited directly on the form.
